Ray Sullivan is a native Louisianan who has made Houston, Texas his home since 1989. He is a Graduated from Texas Southern University with a master’s in public administration and a bachelor’s in public Affairs Since obtaining his real estate license in 2010, he has immersed himself in the industry.  Ray Sullivan has concentrated on assisting home buyers and sellers along with financial institutions through the housing crisis. His experience and contributions boast an ample client list and range of specific skill sets to support her qualifications in this much-needed area. Today, Ray Sullivan expertly services in the major metropolitan Texas markets along with a host of REO and Institutional clients with a variety of end-goals and a range of needs.  Ray Sullivan is the principal owner/ Broker of Enclave properties group. Because he and his partners work remotely, they provide comprehensive services. 

 Ray Sullivan time away from closing deals he is the president of Who Dat Nation Cypress which is a social Aid and pleasure Club which raises money for homeless women and children. Other organization Ray Sullivan is affiliated with is Krewe of Pyros out of Washington DC, Zulu Social Aid and Pleasure Club and The Krewe of Endymion.  He sits on the board of “Legend and Legacies. 

Ray Sullivan is happily married for over 20 years with three adults and one child.  He enjoyed playing, Golf, swimming, and engaging in real world conversation.
